Ice Cream Cupcake

/I absolutely love baking with my girls. It’s a fun and a great bonding moment we share. One of the fun things we bake is the ice cream cone cupcake. The first time the girls and I baked this, we had tons of fun and the girls loved the fact that they were able to decorate their cupcake to their liking. So today I’ve decided to share how we bake Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes.

/What you will need:

/deep aluminum foil pan
/
/aluminum foil
/
/ice cream cones (flat bottom)
/
/favorite cake recipe
/
/icing
/
/sprinkles (optional)
/
/chocolate syrup (optional)

/First grab your favorite cake baking recipe and follow the directions on the box as you normally would. Next wrap aluminum foil onto the aluminum foil pan and poke holes in the foil- leaving enough space between the ice cream cones.

/Place your ice cream cones on the pan holes. Then carefully fill the cones with the cake batter -about 2/3 of the way up. I find it easier to use a cookie scooper, it helps to keep the same amount of cake batter into the ice cream cups.

/Next carefully place the pan with the filled cones in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until done. Once the cupcakes are cooled your last step is to decorate the cupcakes as you’d like. Viola cupcake cones!
